The latest Smartphone from Acer beTouch E210, daily news, Acer has pulled the wraps off a new smartphone that runs Android beTouch called the E210. The machine running Android 2.2 Froyo and has a full QWERTY keyboard and an optical trackpad. The smartphone has a 2.6-inch touch screen. The phone measures 115 x 62.5 x 11.5 mm and weighs 109 g. The battery is a 1300mAh unit within and it works on HSDPA / HSUPA and GSM 900/2100 or 850/1900MHz networks / EDGA 850/900/1800/1900 MHz networks. The smartphone has a ST Ericsson PNX6715 processor at 416MHz. It also has 512 MB ROM and 256 MB of RAM and features a 3.2MP camera.



Other features include WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, a microSD card slot, micro-USB port, 3.5mm headphone jack and an FM receiver. The smartphone will come in silver and black with pricing TBA. It will push the UK on March 11. As you can probably guess the technical specifications, this is not going to an expensive phone and has a budget tag, though pricing has not been confirmed. Release is expected in March in the UK, one month before the Liquid Mini comes in April.
