Soeharto And Gus Dur Degree Can't Be Heroes - Daily News, Council degree, Signs of Honor, and sign Service to ensure former President Suharto (late) did not get the title of national hero. Government through Presidential Decree No. 52 TK/2010 finally give the title of National Hero only to two figures, namely Dr Johannes Abraham Johannes Leimena and Dimara.
Previously, the Ministry of Social Affairs submitted 10 names figures who have been selected to obtain the title of national hero to the Board of degree, Signs of Honor, and Alert Services.
Ten figures are former Jakarta Governor Ali Sadikin from West Java, Sayid Habib Al Jufrie of Central Sulawesi, former President HM Soeharto from Central Java, former President KH Abdurrahman Wahid from East Java.
